Iranian people demand regime change in Iran
Analysis by PMOI/MEK
May 22, 2018 - Shortly after U.S. President Donald Trump withdrew from the Iran nuclear deal, his Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, delivering his first foreign policy speech, delivered a damning message to the Iranian regime and went as far as recognizing the Iranian people’s protests and uprising against the ruling regime.
Secretary Pompeo referred to major JCPOA flaws and the “blood money” offered to Tehran and Revolutionary Guards Quds Force (IRGC) chief Qassem Soleimani, while recalling United Nations Security Council resolutions reiterating any new agreement with the Iranian regime must include halting uranium enrichment, unhindered access to all nuclear sites, ending ballistic missiles proliferation and developing nuclear-capable missile systems, respecting Iraqi sovereignty parallel to disarming the Iranian regime’s proxy militia groups, withdrawing all Iranian commanded forces from across Syria, ending missiles launches and threats targeting its neighbors, and ending all support for terrorist groups in Afghanistan, Lebanon and Yemen.
