The Islamic Republic is ruled by the so-called Supreme Leader who is suffering from cancer recently.  So, because of the tyrannical nature of power in his regime, the transition of power will lead to the entire system collapsing. Since the Islamic Republic was founded, the struggle between the community and the leaders has been present.
